No. Your ECU is pre-programmed to your VIN with the latest authorized calibration so it's ready to run. In rare edge cases where a security relearn is required, we'll provide simple instructions.
Match the full OEM part number on your original ECU to the part number shown above, including the last two letter suffixes (AA, AB, AC, etc.). If the numbers match, fitment is guaranteed.
Close is not good enough for ECUs. If the part number doesn't match exactly (numbers + letter suffix), contact us or use the site search to find the correct unit before ordering.
Each unit is professionally remanufactured OEM hardware, updated with the latest authorized software, fully bench-tested, and ready for plug-and-play installation.
