Returns & Refunds

60-Day Return Window

You have 60 days from delivery to return your ECU for any reason. No restocking fees. No return shipping cost to you.

What We Accept

  • Units in the same condition they shipped in
  • Wrong part ordered (unused and undamaged)
  • Wrong VIN provided at order (we'll reprogram free and reship)
  • Defective units (covered under our 5-year warranty, see Warranty page)

What We Don't Accept

  • Units damaged by installation errors, wiring shorts, or bad grounds
  • Units with opened housings, modifications, or internal tampering
  • Units with physical damage, water exposure, or contamination
  • Returns past 60 days (covered under warranty instead)

If a return isn't accepted, we'll email you with the specific reason and return the unit to you at no cost.

How to Start a Return

Email us at support@omniflash.com with your order number and a short description of the issue. We'll email back a prepaid UPS return label within 1 business day.

Refund Timeline

Once we receive your return:

  • Inspection: 1 to 2 business days
  • Refund issued: Same day as approval
  • Funds in your account: 2 to 5 business days (depends on your bank)

Refunds go back to the original payment method.
