Buy with confidence. You've got 60 days from delivery to put your unit to the test, for any reason at all. Changed your mind, ordered the wrong part, or it didn't fix your issue, send it back. No diagnosis required, no restocking fees, and return shipping is on us. Full refund or replacement, your choice.
How to Start a Return
Start your return by email or chat with your order number and a short description of the issue. We respond to every return request within 2 business hours.
Refund Timeline
Once we receive your return:
- Inspection: 1 to 2 business days
- Refund issued: same day as approval, back to your original payment method
- Funds in your account: 2 to 5 business days, depending on your bank
If a return isn't accepted, we'll tell you exactly why and send the unit back to you at no cost.
