Buy with confidence. You get 60 days to put yours to the test. If your unit doesn't work, reach out and we ship your replacement first, then handle the return after. No waiting, no runaround.

Start your return by email or chat with your order number and a short description of the issue. We respond to every return request within 2 business hours.

Once we receive your return:

• Inspection: 1 to 2 business days
• Refund issued: same day as approval, back to your original payment method
• Funds in your account: 2 to 5 business days, depending on your bank

If a return isn't accepted, we'll tell you exactly why and send the unit back to you at no cost.
