Replacement Terms
Warranty claims result in replacement units, not refunds. The original 5-year warranty period continues. Replacements do not restart the clock.
Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
Defective Unit Return
Defective units must be returned within 30 days of replacement delivery using the prepaid label we provide. Failure to return may result in charges equal to the replacement value.
Diagnostic Requirement
All warranty claims require a certified mechanic's diagnosis confirming the PCM as the failure point. This protects you from unnecessary part swaps and protects us from claims caused by other vehicle issues.
Common misdiagnoses we see:
Failed crank sensors, faulty ignition coils, bad ground connections, dying batteries. A proper diagnostic catches these before you order a replacement.
